SMALL TOWN ROOTS FLOWER CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By joining a Small Town Roots Flower Club for yourself or giving as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient:

I understand that once I pay for my Club in full, there are no refunds.  I may choose to find another person to buy out my share and pay me directly.

I understand that as a member of this Club, I am sharing in both the benefits and risks of farming, such as unfavorable weather or a natural disaster.

I understand that the start of the Club is based on seasonal conditions and flower availability and that Small Town Roots will notify me via email of start dates and any other updates.

I understand that my bouquet will be delivered to the pickup location described here.  If I am unable to pick up my bouquet during the day/time specified, it is my responsibility to find someone else to pick up my bouquet.  I will not receive a credit or refund if my bouquet is not picked up within the stated day/time.

I understand that fresh flowers are a perishable product and vase life varies depending on variety and level of care.  Small Town Roots will not be held responsible for shortened vase life or poor flower quality once bouquets are picked up from location.
